A prescription for pseudoephedrine shall not provide an exemption for any person to this law.

The Bureau will also maintain a methamphetamine offender registry website available for public viewing. It is a misdemeanor crime punishable by fines and jail time to knowingly help anyone on the registry to make a subsequent purchase of a controlled substance prohibited by this act. Okla.
