Any person who committed a crime that led to suspension of driving privileges and is then caught driving with a suspended license in Oklahoma will face a fine between $500 and $5,000, or jail time of up to one year.

For all others, this misdemeanor conviction will result in fines of up to $1,000 or up to one year in jail. (Ok. Stat. Tit. 47 Sec. 6-303)
